The Spotlight is a HUGE 9″x12″ sized postcard (almost the size of a placemat!) with between 14 and 20 ads (depending on the layout) from non-competing local businesses who are all in the same geographical area. We’re mailing it out directly to the homes of local residents of our respective service areas throughout the the north and southtowns of Buffalo, NY. Every business in the co-op will be getting exposure to *10 THOUSAND homes.
Above, you can see a demo card with images of the front and back of the card. Remember, it’s 9×12. Almost the size of a placemat!
While the Spotlight is a shared or co-op mailer, meaning multiple businesses join together to share the cost of designing, printing, and mailing the card, there is no competition between competing businesses. Because, when non-competing local businesses join together, advertising our businesses, and getting the exposure we all need, it’s ridiculously low in cost. Think about it, it makes good sense.
I’ve put together this giant 9″x12″ postcard. It really is huge! In fact, it’s the largest size you can mail without folding the card stock and it’s made with 14 pt. cardstock so it’s durable! It’s full-color, high gloss, and two sided. It has 14-16 advertising spots on it and it is mailed directly to approximately 10K homes (*depending on mail routes*) in our respective areas.
I’m a local business owner just like you and I started the Local Business Spotlight card. I wanted to help small businesses all over the Buffalo area, and honestly, my business included, get the visibility our businesses need—without spending a fortune. As the owner of a printing business in Depew, NY, I know how challenging it can be to get my business noticed by locals without spending all of my advertising budget at once. It’s very frustrating!
The Spotlight is mailed out on a quarterly basis and the cost is about $0.06 cents per home for a full size ad going into 10k homes. .
Call now for the deadline date to put your business in the Spotlight and claim your spot on the next Spotlight card!
If putting your business in front of thousands of local customers for under $0.06 each sounds good but you have questions, call or text me today as the spots do go fast.

Something else…Why it Matters to Keep Your Customers Shopping Local.
For every $100 spent at a locally owned business, $68 stays in the community. Compare that to big-box stores, where most of the money leaves town and doesn’t support our communities.
When they shop local:
✔ They support their neighbors—business owners who live and work right here in the Buffalo area.
✔ They help create jobs—for people in their communities.
✔ They keep our local economy thriving!
